Sorry so long since I lasted Blogged. Gotta get more consistent !!!

Let's get back on track right now.

This is me with my brother, Kai and my sister Khalea (all of our names start with "K" thanks to Mom) I spent this past weekend in Jersey and NY with them.

Friday, we partied with DJ Clue at a club called Room Service in Manhattan, drank too much and then fell asleep on the subway......GOOD TIMES !!!!

Saturday we celebrated Khalea's B-day at some overpriced restaurant then had a good time at Dave and Busters in Time Square!!!

The weekend was great, I loved hanging out with my siblings but now its back to work !!!

I was just sitting here thinking about what I wanted to blog about today......

How about INSPIRATION.

Sometimes complacency kills inspiration and we have to figure out how to get inspired again. How to start over today with the same intensity and vision that you had in the past. What I've found is that you can regain that inspired feeling again by drawing from that positive energy of those around you. When you are in a circle of people doing good things it can and will push you to continue to improve and do better for yourself as well.

Just a thought, Words of Wisdom or whatever you want to take it as.

As soon as I finished posting that last entry about my Pop, I was reminded of the great time we had for Nadia's Birthday!! I had to come right back and acknowledge how much joy there still is in my life every day !!!

Negative things happen but we just have to hold the Positive things closer !!

What's On My Mind !!!

Blog time!!

Want to know what on my mind lately?? The FACT that my Pop is not here anymore. It's almost like its just starting to sink in. Somebody said to me, "the way you carry yourself on the air, you wouldn't even know that you've been through such a great loss." I understand that he was complimenting me on my composure, but the truth is I sometimes feel guilty for rarely showing my emotions.

So I say all that to say.....I MISS MY FATHER EVERYDAY....ALL DAY!!!
